Our Mission
Our mission is to support adjudicated and at-risk youth in successfully reintegrating into society by providing a safe, drug-free environment and comprehensive care. We aim to rehabilitate adolescents, reunite families, and help young people develop prosocial attitudes, values, and life skills. Through guidance and support, we empower them to build a strong foundation for a brighter future.

Founded by Justine Rice, a passionate advocate with years of experience working with vulnerable youth, the organization is driven by her purpose to empower and transform lives.
